Mr Murray acted as Grown Prosecutor, Mr Chippendall as Clerk of the Peace and Mr JB Dulhunty, Deputy Sheriff.
The local attorneys were all represented. Others present were Mr WP Crick (Sydney) and Mr H Thompson (Lithgow.)

BESTIALITY.
Thomas Edward Dunn, school teacher at Burraga, was charged with attempting an abominable offence on 3rd November last. Accused pleaded not guilty and was defended by Mr Crick.

The jury after a patient investigation returned a verdict of Not Guilty, and accused was discharged.

Thomas Edward Dunn, formerly school teacher at Wattle Vale, near Burraga, was charged with an unnatural offence. The charge was not substantiated, and the prisoner was discharged.
