FRIDAY, JULY 23.
(Before His Honor Judge Francis.)

    Crown Prosecutor, Mr Forbes.

    Allen Cullen, sodomy. It was clear from the evidence that an attempt had been made to commit an atrocious offence upon a child named [Thomas]  Radway, [a child three years of age]. The attempt was interrupted by a witness named Murphy. Verdict, guilty.

(Before His Honor Judge Francis.)

    The Court opened at 10 o’clock. Mr Forbes prosecuted for the Crown, and there were present—Messrs GM Stephen and F Brown, barristers; and Messrs Thorold, Blackmore, Fleming, and Dwyer, solicitors.

    Allen Cullen, indecent assault. The evidence in this case is unfit for publication.
    Verdict guilty.

SATURDAY, JULY 24.

SENTENCES.

    His Honor then sentenced the prisoners convicted on the previous day.

    Allen Cullen, two years in Darlinghurst gaol, with hard labor.
